Job summary

Queensborough National Bank & Trust in Augusta, GA seeks an ATM Hardware Manager to lead our ATM/ITM fleet, implement policies, train staff, and drive efficiency in daily cash operations.

You will coordinate with vendors, review security and operational controls, manage cash levels, and ensure service levels while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of banking and/or operations experience.
• Familiarity with banking terms, products and Bank Regulatory Guidelines.
• Knowledge/experience in EFT and ATM procedures/processes.
• Experience researching, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Job description

The ATM Hardware Manager is responsible for managing Queensborough’s fleet of Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and Integrated Teller Machines (ITM). The ATM Hardware Manager will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the bank’s policies and procedures. The ATM Hardware Manager is also responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing consistent policies and procedures for the Cash Servicing Teammates and driving efficiency through process improvement. The ATM Hardware Manager responsibilities will include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing daily tasks, completing performance appraisals and supporting the Cash Servicing Teammates as needed.

Essential Functions

• Assess ATM/ITM functionality and monitor fleet uptime.
• Download and distribute quarterly patches from NCR for ATM & ITM fleet.
• Oversee new installations or relocation of existing machines.
• Works with ATM vendor to ensure ATM servicing practices are maintained.
• Monitor the performance of ATMs by identifying problems and working with ATM vendor when necessary.
• Tests applicable processes and procedures and collaborates with vendors and team members to align processes.
• Complete cash and procedural reviews of operation controls, security controls, transaction process and cash audits as needed.
• Order and manage daily cash levels for ATM and ITM network to ensure adequate funding and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain team schedule as needed to meet operational demands and staffing requirements.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Department to research, reconcile, and resolve ATM/ITM outages and balancing discrepancies.
• Review, verify, and approve invoices related to ATM/ITM operations.
• Review ATM/ITM transaction volume metrics to identify trends, support operational planning, and ensure service levels are maintained.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

Education

Experience

• At least 5 years of banking and or operations experience
• Must have familiarity with banking terms, products and Bank Regulatory Guidelines
