Chase is seeking a Transaction Analyst in the ATM Monitoring Group to drive deployments, support technicians, and coordinate across Technology, Real Estate, and vendors to keep ATMs/TCRs up and healthy. The role emphasizes problem-solving, strong communication, and cross-team collaboration.
You will manage installations, replacements, and moves tied to real estate initiatives, while ensuring site readiness and timely issue resolution in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Help keep customers moving by ensuring our ATMs and Teller Cash Recyclers are available when and where they’re needed. In this role, you’ll drive critical field deployments and restore service fast through strong coordination and problem-solving.
As a Transaction Analyst in the ATM Monitoring Group (AMG), you will support ATM projects including new installations, replacements, and temporary moves tied to real estate initiatives. You’ll serve as a liaison across Technology, Real Estate, third-party suppliers, cash and security vendors, and field technicians to help remove blockers and accelerate resolution. Your work directly impacts customer transaction uptime and the health of a fleet of 15k+ ATMs/TCRs.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am -5:00 pm
This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
