Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking Field Service Technicians to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems. The Denver-based role offers hands-on training and a pathway to growth within a global service network.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, with strong customer focus and a willingness to travel within the territory. On-site work and weekend shifts are possible as part of coverage needs.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform field duties.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• PC skills and basic electronic skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system configuration issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues to address problems proactively.
