Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II to support mobile field operations in West Colorado. You will install, service, and repair ATMs and self-checkout systems, diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, and maintain secure, reliable self-service technology for major retailers and financial institutions.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, be able to travel, and demonstrate basic electronic skills; A+ or Network+ certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification.
• One (1) or more years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
