Job summary

NCR Atleos Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician I in New Orleans, LA to be the first line of response at customer locations. You will diagnose, maintain, and troubleshoot ATMs and communicate issue details via the service app.

Responsibilities include safety adherence, completing NCR Atleos trainings, diagnosing via error logs, and performing minor ATM maintenance both indoors and outdoors while ensuring timely, accurate reports of work performed.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for work.
• Familiarity with Android devices and ability to use the service app.
• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to distances as needed and lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Summary

Represent the NCR Atleos brand by being the first line of response on‑site at customer locations. Diagnose, maintain, and troubleshoot ATMs, and communicate problem details via the service app.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safety and security procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos specific trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose problems based on ATM error logs and service app information.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, both indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain accurate and prompt reporting of updates, call closures, parts inventory, hours worked and miles driven.

Basic Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US and possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for work.
• Familiarity with and ability to operate an Android cell phone (company provided).
• Strong basic electrical and mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Capacity for prolonged travel, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying weather conditions.
• Proof of minimum insurance coverage:
  • Bodily Injury Liability – $100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident.
  • Property Damage Liability – $100,000 per accident.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree.
• Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment.

Pay

Hourly rate of $14.00 plus an additional $6.00 per activity completed.
