Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs on-site at customer locations in the United States. You will receive on-the-job training and work in a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends, to learn diagnostics and basic maintenance.

Ideal candidates reside in the local area, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Company-provided Android device will be used for job tasks.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity with Android devices and ability to use a company-provided Android phone.
• Ability to perform essential functions including prolonged travel, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proof of minimum insurance coverage: Bodily Injury and Property Damage requirements.

Responsibilities

• Represent the NCR Atleos brand on-site at customer locations.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs.
• Diagnose problems from ATM logs and service app.
• Maintain accurate reporting of work performed and hours.
• Manage parts inventory and mileage tracking.
