Job summary

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for the service and maintenance of Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) within their assigned territory. The Field Service Engineer will provide on-site support for ATMs including repair, maintenance and replacement services. Some travel required.

Qualifications include electronics knowledge, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and willingness to travel. On-call and flexible hours are part of the role, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Electronics or equivalent experience, ATM experience preferred but not required.
• Solid understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical equipment operation.
• Ability to use analog and digital voltmeters.
• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work extended hours/on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair, software loading and maintenance of ATMs within defined territory.
• Train bank staff or vendors on required maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with internal/external support to provide maintenance to end users.
• Maintain all Service Level Agreements as defined per customer contract.
• Occasional travel with short notice may be required.
• Complete administrative reports in a timely fashion.
