Cennox is seeking a dependable Bank Equipment Technician for the Sioux Falls, SD area. The role involves hands-on maintenance of ATMs and banking equipment at customer locations, with travel across Sioux Falls and surrounding regions.

You will troubleshoot equipment, perform basic maintenance, and ensure a clean, compliant work environment while delivering excellent customer service. A flexible schedule and company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile tech.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance, functionality, and compliance of ATMs and banking equipment at customer locations.
• Clean, inspect, and detail ATMs, kiosks, and related equipment.
• Update signage and decals as needed; perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Capture detailed photos and maintain records and documentation.
• Travel to customer locations; follow written instructions and procedures.
