Job summary

Edge One is seeking a Service Tech in Mandan, ND to provide equipment service and support for ATM machines, recyclers, counters, software, scanners, and related products. The role requires handling maintenance, installation, and technical support for multiple devices.

Ideal candidates have vocational certification and experience in electronics repair, bank operations, or ATM service, with ability to lift heavy parts and pass DOT-related requirements. Teamwork and integrity are essential assets.

Qualifications

• Vocation school certificate program preferred.
• 2 years of electronics or equipment repair experience preferred.
• Background in bank operations, cash processing, document/check image, or ATM repair preferred.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive and pass a driving test (DOT).
• Must pass a DOT physical examination and drug screening test.
• Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Represent Edge One in a professional manner.
• Develop and maintain technical and programming knowledge of all serviced products.
• Responsible for maintenance, technical support and installation of all products designated by management.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
