Cash Depot, Ltd. is seeking a Cash Operations Technician to manage cash operations and perform first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment across your territory. This role offers independence, accountability, and strong customer service in a field-based setting.

You will work independently to replenish cash, perform pulls, and assist with route operations while adhering to security procedures. Training is provided and a profit-sharing program enhances year-round stability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Cash Operations: Replenish ATM cash inventories.
• Cash Operations: Perform ATM and Smart Safe cash pulls.
• Cash Operations: Deliver coin orders and process deposits.
• Cash Operations: Follow all cash handling and security procedures.
• Cash Operations: Complete route assignments accurately and efficiently.
• Equipment Support: Clear ATM jams.
• Equipment Support: Replenish receipt paper.
• Equipment Support: Perform machine diagnostics.
• Equipment Support: Reboot equipment.
• Equipment Support: Install software updates.
• Equipment Support: Escalate advanced issues to skilled technical support team.
