The role supports monthly reconciliations, settlement reviews, and issue resolution for complex operational items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Opportunities include growth within the ATM operations team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Intermediate research, balancing, and reconciliation skills.
• Strong accuracy and ability to identify exceptions or trends.
• Ability to prioritize monthly, weekly, and daily deadlines.
• Effective communication with branches, vendors, and internal partners.
• Ability to document procedures and support process consistency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to inbox emails, Freshservice tickets, and routing questions to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with responsibilities of lower-level ATM & Cash Ops Specialist and provide guidance on routine questions.
• Review and balance Switch Clearing GL, ATM Cash Dispense, and related settlement activity.
• Research and reconcile assigned GL accounts including ATM/ITM cash deposits and Zelle settlement.
• Review armored service and ATM GL accounts for accuracy.
• Prepare and submit weekly Fed orders and coordinate cash ordering with armored carriers.
