Job summary

Everon is seeking a field technician to maintain and repair financial/ATM equipment, CCTV, access control systems, and pneumatic banking components across the assigned territory. The role requires servicing at multiple sites with minimal supervision and potential training of junior technicians.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with low voltage and banking/security systems, a valid driver's license, and NCR ATM certification within 3–6 months of entry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Minimum of 3+ years of technical experience with low voltage systems, banking systems and integrated security equipment.
• Must have a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and clear a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of customer operations and a high level of customer satisfaction/service to the clients.
• Provide maintenance and repairs on Financial/ATM equipment and other electro-mechanical equipment at various locations within assigned territory.
• Provide maintenance and repairs to pneumatic banking systems.
• Provide maintenance and repairs to various bank locks and mechanical systems.
• Provide ability to service and troubleshoot ATMs as well as CCTV and access control systems.
• Follow troubleshooting guidelines and refer to manuals and bulletins to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Exhibit knowledge of basic electricity and electronic theory applied to engineering duties.
• Communicate with service coordinator, dispatcher, management, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend training classes when offered.
• Complete monthly vehicle reports timely.
• Maintain accurate truck inventory for timely responses.
