Job summary

Everon is seeking a field technician to maintain and repair financial/ATM equipment, CCTV and access control systems across an assigned territory. The role requires handling electro‑mechanical devices, following technical manuals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or vocational training, 3+ years of related technical experience, a valid driver’s license, and NCR ATM certification within 3–6 months of entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training required.
• Three+ years of technical experience with low voltage and banking/security equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of customer operations and high level of customer satisfaction.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Financial/ATM equipment and other electro-mechanical equipment at various locations within territory.
• Maintenance on pneumatic banking systems.
• Repair bank locks and mechanical systems.
• Service and troubleshoot ATMs, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Follow troubleshooting guidelines and reference manuals to diagnose and repair equipment; review work with customer when possible.
• Apply basic electricity/electronics knowledge to engineering-related tasks such as testing and installation.
• Maintain effective communication with service coordinator, dispatcher, management, and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend training classes when offered.
• Complete monthly vehicle reports timely.
• Maintain accurate truck inventory for timely customer response.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail.
