Job summary

SECU is seeking an IT Applications Specialist - ATM to join our Raleigh, NC team onsite. You will serve as the SME for ATM application ecosystems, handling maintenance, troubleshooting, integration, testing, and operational support of self-service terminals.

The role includes building low-code solutions and documenting system decisions. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of IT Application Support experience, strong analytical skills, and proficient communication to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years IT application support experience.
• Experience with Windows, scripting, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL Incident/Problem.
• Proficient English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for ATM software and self-service systems.
• Manage users, licenses, roles, permissions, and groups.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, and deployment of patches.
• Develop low-code/no-code solutions and document system changes.
• Collaborate with engineers, DBAs, and vendors; maintain logs.
