Job summary

Workiy Inc. is seeking an experienced Atlassian Systems Analyst to manage Jira and related SaaS platforms remotely from the United States. You will configure workflows, permissions, fields, and automations, while handling data migration, mapping, cleansing, and validation across systems.

You will troubleshoot REST API and integration issues, support testing and data governance, and document both technical and functional specs. A CS/IS background is preferred with SaaS administration experience.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Systems Analyst to support the administration, configuration, integration, data migration, and ongoing optimization of Jira and related SaaS platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to analyze ambiguous requirements, identify dependencies and risks, configure system workflows, permissions, fields, automations, integrations, and user access, and ensure effective system performance. The role will involve mapping, cleansing, migrating, reconciling, and validating data between systems using tools such as Excel, Airtable, SQL, reporting platforms, and basic scripting. The candidate will also troubleshoot REST API and integration issues involving JSON and authentication, support testing and data validation, and maintain detailed technical and functional documentation. Experience using approved AI-enabled tools to accelerate documentation, data analysis, test-case development, troubleshooting, and workflow automation is preferred, with the ability to validate AI-generated outputs and follow applicable data-handling and governance requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred, along with relevant experience in SaaS administration, systems support, integrations, or data migration.
