Job summary

Sectech Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator in Seattle. You’ll own the business application stack and the integrations that connect it, including Jira and Confluence administration, SSO provisioning, and middleware-based integrations.

You’ll evaluate SaaS tools, manage vendor relations, and participate in incident response. The role requires 5+ years in systems administration with strong Windows/Linux skills and hands-on API experience, in a hybrid Seattle setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration or systems integration.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD) and PowerShell skills.
• Hands-on API and middleware integration experience.
• Comfort working in both Windows and Linux environments.
• Bonus points for GitHub, NetSuite, HRIS/ATS, AI platforms, or engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite, including permissions and dashboards.
• Manage SSO and SCIM provisioning through Entra ID with RBAC and audit logging.
• Build and maintain integrations via APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Evaluate SaaS tools and manage vendors, upgrades, and migrations.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues and participate in incident response.
