Glydways is seeking an Operations Support Manager to lead on-site operations for the ATL ATN Pilot Project in Atlanta, managing day-to-day delivery from construction through pilot revenue service. The ideal candidate coordinates with contractors, leads field testing, and helps establish the local operations team and culture.

Qualifications

• Local Atlanta-area candidate; on-site throughout construction, testing, and pilot phases.
• Experience owning and managing operational KPIs with data-driven reporting.
• Experience managing hourly or intern staff and building early-stage teams.
• Strong communication skills for leadership and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with commissioning and field integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site local lead for ATL ATN Pilot Project operations.
• Coordinate with general contractor and subcontractors during construction.
• Lead field commissioning, testing activities, and pilot readiness.
• Build and stand up the operations team and culture for revenue service.
• Report on performance metrics to Project Director and stakeholders.
