Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred.
• 0-2 years’ experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service encouraged to apply.
• Must be located in Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate at your own expense.
• Strong selling skills and ability to influence store/ownership personnel with data-driven selling and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Sales growth and merchandising: grow base business, increase sales, optimize display space and productivity.
• Creative display management: install and maintain branded displays in-store.
• Brand ambassadorship: share product knowledge and insights with store personnel and customers.
• Program execution: sell-in promotional programs and ensure compliance.
• Collaboration: work with Coca-Cola Merchandisers and field team to execute plans and maintain inventory.
• Customer insights: report customer needs, problems, and competitive activities to internal teams.
• Territory account maintenance: manage planograms, decals, tags, and POS materials.
• Technology utilization: use company tech for daily reporting and data-driven insights.
