The Regional Continuous Improvement Manager drives the implementation of the Altium Production System (APS) across various pillars of Operational Excellence, including Safety, Quality, Daily Team Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, and Continuous Skills Development in designated plants. The role involves leading, coaching, and ensuring excellence in productivity while maintaining employee well-being.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrating leadership, high personal standards, and professional ethics
  • Engaging with Regional Operations Manager and VP on loss elimination activities
  • Supporting regional loss planning and educating all levels of manufacturing staff
  • Leading meetings, initiatives, and cross-functional teams
  • Training plant employees and leadership in APS
  • Creating and driving local loss planning
  • Providing feedback on work order status to customer service, sales, and plant leaders

The minimum requirements are:

  • 10-15 years of practical experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Continuous Improvement
  • Manufacturing operations experience, preferably in rigid plastics and continuous flow manufacturing
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational change influence skills
  • Excellent communication, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-plant regional responsibility

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields and a continued interest in manufacturing and management roles.

Physical demands include standing, walking, manual dexterity, and the ability to work across the plant. Travel up to 50% within the region is expected.
