You will oversee performance to achieve financial, guest, and client objectives while delivering first-class parking services and a guest experience that exceeds expectations.

You will manage a team of valets, ensure scheduling and payroll alignment, and uphold safety and service standards across all sites with a focus on inclusivity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• One year of parking management experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire valet operation with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop valets to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive, inclusive work culture.
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs.
• Review and approve staff timesheets in line with payroll deadlines.
• Respond promptly to accidents, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Coach team members and enforce accountability and performance standards.
• Train staff on customer service, safety, and inclusion best practices.
• Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner following company policies.
• Maintain courteous relationships with guests, partners, and managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth operations.
