Job summary

12 Oaks Parking seeks an experienced Valet Operations Manager to lead the valet operations at mixed-use facilities in Atlanta. You will oversee performance to achieve financial, guest, and client objectives while delivering first-class parking services and a guest experience that exceeds expectations.

You will manage a team of valets, ensure scheduling and payroll alignment, and uphold safety and service standards across all sites with a focus on inclusivity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• One year of parking management experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire valet operation with a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Valet Operations Manager to develop and lead the teams at mixed-use parking facilities in Atlanta. You will directly oversee and be responsible for account performance to achieve financial, guest satisfaction, and client satisfaction objectives. We provide first‑class parking services and seek a friendly, outgoing individual with a desire to create a guest experience that exceeds all expectations. As the operations manager, you will have oversight of the entire parking operation(s).

What You'll Do

• Oversee the entire valet operation, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
• Lead a team of valets with a focus on operational excellence and outstanding customer service, fostering a productive, cooperative, and inclusive work environment
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs
• Review and approve staff timesheets in accordance with payroll deadlines
• Respond promptly to accidents, incidents, or safety concerns
• Coach and counsel team members while ensuring accountability and performance standards are met
• Train team members on customer service, safety, and inclusion best practices
• Perform all duties in a timely and effective manner, following company policies and procedures to achieve operational objectives
• Maintain courteous and professional relationships with guests, partners, subordinates, fellow associates, supervisors, and managers

Requirements

• At least one year of previous parking management experience required
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license
• Candidate must have a at least 18 years of age
• Candidate must have a clean motor vehicle record
