Job summary

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in operations.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AES usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reports in Excel and Word.
• Process requests received in AES across multiple sites.
• Review requests and attachments to execute the process.
• Maintain MS Word documentation for requests.
• Add information to each request and balance weekly totals.
• Provide support to Operations.
• Offer feedback and propose process improvements.
• Perform complex operational support tasks.
• Respond to escalated questions.
• Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information.
