Operations Project Analyst

This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career with a global industry leader. Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join their innovative and fast-paced team.

In this role, you’ll support a variety of high-impact projects driven by executive leadership, gaining valuable experience and exposure across key business functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive assortment-focused projects from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain reporting using Microsoft Lists to monitor project progress
• Collaborate closely with managers to ensure alignment, organization, and timely execution of deliverables
• Provide clear, consistent weekly updates to internal stakeholders on project status and milestones

This is a 6 month contract opportunity with possibility of extension or conversion to direct hire in Atlanta. If you do a great job, you can apply to an internal positions on this team or throughout the company at the end of the contract period. You can work remotely or go into the office.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or project management
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Confident in leading meetings and delivering clear, concise updates to cross-functional teams
• Skilled at holding team members accountable and ensuring project follow-through
• Familiarity with Microsoft Lists or similar project tracking tools
• Proficient in basic Excel functions for organizing and managing data
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze data, identify issues, and monitor project progress
