Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years in commercial, business, or retail banking or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated leadership of large banking teams and market profitability.
Proven ability to develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Lead performance and personnel management for the Atlanta market team to ensure results and value.
Foster partnerships and deliver exceptional client experiences while meeting financial targets.
Direct risk, regulatory compliance, and operating procedures across branches and teams.
Coordinate with Credit, Business Services, Branch Operations and corporate groups to execute strategy.
Engage with local boards and community stakeholders to strengthen market presence.
