Job summary

Aligned Talent Acquisition is partnering with a nationally recognized Am Law firm to hire an Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney in Atlanta, GA.

The successful candidate will handle complex insurance coverage and recovery disputes, draft pleadings and briefs, and collaborate with experienced litigators on high-stakes matters. The position offers strong compensation and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

3-4 years of insurance litigation experience.
Experience analyzing CGL, umbrella, and excess policies.
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
Strong understanding of insurance coverage issues and policy interpretation.
Policyholder-side insurance recovery litigation experience preferred.
Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex litigation matters and collaborate with attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in complex insurance coverage and recovery litigation.
Analyze and interpret CGL, umbrella, and excess insurance policies.
Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other substantive litigation documents.
Evaluate coverage disputes and develop litigation strategies.
Work closely with experienced attorneys on high-value insurance recovery matters.
Develop meaningful client relationships and take on increasing responsibility.
