Qualifications

• 3-4 years of insurance litigation experience.

• Policyholder-side insurance recovery litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters and collaborate with attorneys and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing commercial general liability (CGL), umbrella, and excess insurance policies.

• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.

• Strong understanding of insurance coverage issues and policy interpretation.

• Experience with policyholder-side insurance recovery litigation is strongly preferred.

• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage complex litigation matters and collaborate effectively with attorneys and clients.
