Job summary
WeldFit is expanding its HTLS field service footprint with a new service center in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a hands-on Atlanta US Service Branch Manager to stand up and lead this new location, ensuring customers receive reliable, high-quality service that drives repeat business and supports a profitable, safe, and growing operation across the Southeast US market.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in field service operations, preferably oilfield services.
- Experience in branch or service center management with budget accountability.
- Proven ability to hire, train, and lead a technical team.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Syteline, Salesforce) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service center operations, safety, inventory, and facility management.
- Lead staffing, hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Own end-to-end delivery of Hot Tap and Line Stop projects.
- Develop costing, pricing, and profitability analyses for bids.
- Grow Southeast regional customer relationships and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering, project management, and finance for workflows.
