Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution management.
• Experience leading exempt leaders and developing management teams.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, WMS, inventory, and logistics.
• Proficiency with MS Office especially Word/Outlook/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound operations and processes.
• Staff teams to operate at peak efficiency and meet daily tasks.
• Lead leadership team performance to meet KPI metrics.
• Drive initiatives to improve customer service, accuracy, and productivity.
• Identify root causes and pilot standard resolutions.
• Support the General Manager in overall fulfillment center operations.
• Act as General Manager in their absence and make key decisions.
• Communicate with management to align objectives and implement new procedures.
• Develop leadership bench and deliver monthly performance reviews.
• Coach and develop Team Leads and Associates for strong engagement.
• Participate in HR and cross-functional meetings and promote safety culture.
