Job summary

SupplyHouse, a leading HVAC, plumbing, heating, and electrical supplies provider, seeks a General Manager for its Farmers Branch fulfillment center. You will lead daily operations, manage a high-volume site, and drive safety, quality, and productivity while engaging a large team.

The role requires 7+ years in warehouse management, 3+ years as GM, and a track record of KPI-driven performance. Expect travel to Melville, NY HQ and other centers. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7 years of warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution management experience with multiple teams.
• 3 years as a General Manager.
• Understanding of distribution flow, systems, integration, and automation.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and develop data-driven strategies.
• Strong background in process improvement.
• Knowledge of inventory, supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong communication and leadership to align with executives and frontline staff.
• Experience overseeing 100+ associates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory control and facility operations.
• Ensure staffing for peak efficiency and daily task completion.
• Lead leadership team and manage KPIs and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service.
• Standardize operations across fulfillment center.
• Develop and implement new procedures and strategies.
• Coach and hire leadership; build strong team culture.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews with leadership.
