Job summary

Winsupply is seeking an Operations Manager for the Atlanta Distribution Center to lead daily operations, drive process standardization, and improve customer service. The role bridges strategy and hands-on execution across Receiving, Shipping, Inventory, and Will-Call.

The candidate will implement SOPs, monitor KPIs, manage facilities maintenance and safety, and mentor staff to build a high-performing distribution team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of WMS/TMS systems; proficiency in data analytics.
• MHE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution and tactical management of operations for the Atlanta DC.
• Implement consistent SOPs to enhance information flow and warehouse efficiency.
• Manage KPI tracking across Receiving, Shipping, Inventory, and Will-Call to mirror standards.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and Building Safety SOPs; drive cost control and service quality.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; foster a positive, high-performing team; apply progressive discipline when needed.
