Responsibilities

• Open doors in Atlanta, GA that a mid-level title alone can't.
• Partner with Knowledge Base Management to align content with demand-generation goals.
• Decode why GA buyers say yes and double down on it.
• Coach the Customer Service Representative team off discounting and onto value selling.
• Support mid-level account executives with prospecting and follow-up strategy.
• Set and monitor KPIs tied to revenue, retention, and acquisition cost.
• Show up at Atlanta networking events with a reason to follow up.
• Feed sales the Zendesk signals that say a buyer is ready now.
