Job summary

You will ensure timely delivery of traffic and news content, coordinate with affiliate relations, and lead performance initiatives to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of radio/television experience.
• Minimum 5 years direct radio/television management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record leading large staff on varied shifts.
• Experience coaching and giving staff feedback.
• Experience in customer service and scheduling processes.
• Proficiency with MS Office and audio delivery systems (Nexgen, Sound+).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of TTWN Atlanta broadcast ops on-site.
• Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling.
• Oversee production and delivery of audio reports to clients.
• Improve workflow efficiencies with data-driven approaches.
