Cox Media Group's WSB TV Atlanta is seeking a Senior Traffic Coordinator to manage logs, traffic flow, and billing while coordinating with multiple departments. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will oversee log management, ensure accurate on-air scheduling, and support vacation relief for the Traffic Team, with experience in Wide Orbit a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage logs and clear displaced spots using station parameters in rate and priorities, coordinating with Promotions and Community Affairs.
• Separate competing advertisers and products for a professional on-air look.
• Monitor local and Network program grids to keep schedules up to date and revise formats as needed.
• Communicate directly with Account Executives and Sales Managers when needed.
• Download broadcast logs/files to Master Control and other departments.
• Coordinate same-day changes with Master Control.
• Provide vacation relief to Traffic Team members.
• Assist with weekly and monthly client billing reports.
• Prepare client cash-in-advance reports daily.
