Responsibilities

• Sell tickets for athletic events using the department’s ticketing system.
• Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with ticket purchases and seating questions.
• Support game-day ticket operations including will-call distribution and ticket scanning.
• Help organize and stock ticket office supplies.
• Follow NCAA, conference, university, and Athletics Department policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Ticket Office staff.
