Willamalane Park and Recreation District is seeking a Site Coordinator for Adult Athletics. This on-site, part-time role oversees program activities, enforces safety, and coordinates staff and volunteers to deliver engaging adult athletics programs.

You will manage daily operations, maintain records, and communicate with the Athletics Supervisor and participants to ensure smooth events. Benefit options apply; a strong emphasis on safety and effective teamwork is required.

Mansioni

• Set up, monitor, and act as on-site lead during the program.
• Monitor participant safety and ensure overall site safety for staff and participants.
• Lead workers and volunteers; help schedule hours and assist in training and evaluations.
• Prepare program calendars and maintain information boards; communicate with staff and participants.
• Maintain records and submit reports (daily logs, incident reports, attendance) to supervisor.
