Job summary

Addison Park District is seeking an Athletics Rental Attendant to set up, conduct, and clean up for athletic events under the supervision of the Athletics Manager. This on-site role coordinates staff and equipment to ensure games and practices run safely, fairly, and on time, representing the park district.

Part-time position with variable hours; requires CPR/AED within 6 months, basic computer skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Bilingual applicants are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Some college preferred).
• 18 years of age or older.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• CPR and AED certified within 6 months of hiring.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares room/facility for event use and handles set-ups and takedowns.
• Interacts professionally with the public and staff during events.
• Responds to safety and emergency situations per protocol.
• Arrives 20 minutes prior to rental time to set up.
• Monitors events and documents incidents as needed.
