Job summary

The City of Miamisburg is seeking an Athletic Manager to lead programs, leagues and events, and oversee operations at the Mound Golf Course clubhouse. You’ll deliver excellent customer service while guiding staff and volunteers in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-oriented settings with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to develop and execute programs, leagues, and events.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or execute programs, leagues, and events for all department areas.
• Manage operational elements within the Mound Golf Course clubhouse function.
• Provide high level of customer service and supervise staff.

Education
