Job summary

• Experience with inter-scholastic athletics preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage registrations, scheduling, and facility use.
• Knowledge of GHMSL/AIA processes and league operations.

Responsibilities

• Communications with campus, staff, students, and social media.
• Formal seasonal evaluations of middle school coaches.
• Host games on campus and coordinate staffing for events.
• Head up registrations and clearance for ~300 seasonal student-athletes.
• Manage facility rentals for on- and off-campus facilities.
