Qualifications

• Associate degree required with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Google Slides.
• Passion for social media with proficiency in major platforms and management tools.
• Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain athletic rosters.
• Compile athletics information for weekly school newsletter.
• Greet and assist visitors; maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
• Maintain and reconcile inventory for uniforms and equipment; manage inventory records.
• Assist with purchase orders and acquisition of athletic clothing/equipment; game day prep and setup.
• Confirm games with partner schools and officials.
• Lead students on the Senior Athletic Committee with the AD.
• Develop engaging content for Athletics social media platforms and live coverage of events.
• Maintain unified brand voice across social channels.
• Manage office tasks including reports, presentations, meetings setup, and supplies reordering.
• Manage the event database and attend calendar meetings.
