Job summary

Middleburysnowbowl Athletic Department is seeking an Athletic Communications Assistant to support the Director of Athletic Communications. The student will work office hours, help prepare for competitions, manage statistics, update records and archives, and maintain the athletics website.

The role may also assist with statistics and social media at competitions, including gathering rosters and photographs for home events. This is a student-level position with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Background in multiple sports knowledge is essential.
• Experience researching and updating archives/records is preferred.
• Ability to assist with statistics and game-day preparations.
• Creative services skills (photography and social media) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain athletics website and update competition records.
• Research and update archives and records, gather rosters and statistics.
• Prepare game programs with rosters and statistics for each contest.
• Identify and upload photos from competitions.
• Assist with statistics, social media, and photography at home competitions.
