Job summary

Eastern University is seeking an Athletics Rental Supervisor to oversee on-campus rental operations, ensuring facilities and equipment are prepared and maintained for each event. The role represents the University and enforces Athletics policies while welcoming external parties to campus.

The successful candidate will arrive 45 minutes before rentals, assist renters during events, and return spaces and equipment to their proper condition after each rental, upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• Availability on Sundays in the early morning until the evening.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Position Description

The Athletics Rental Supervisor provides in-person supervision andassistance to all parties renting athletics facilities on EasternUniversity’s campuses. This role will serve as a representative ofthe University, welcoming outside parties to campus while ensuringthat Eastern facilities and equipment are being used correctly inaccordance with University and Athletics Policy.

The person in this role will arrive 45 minutes ahead of scheduledrentals in order to ensure necessary spaces are prepared and set upto meet the needs of the renting party. In addition to setting upthe rental space, the Rental Supervisor will be available to assistthe renters during their rental period. At the conclusion of therental this position will ensure rented spaces and equipment arereturned to their proper states and locations.

Position Responsibilities
