Job summary

Bucknell University is seeking an Athletic Operator to support events at KLARC, delivering excellent customer service and assisting with on-field activities. This casual, part-time role requires flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends across indoor and outdoor facilities.

You will greet patrons, enforce policies, and coordinate timing and statistics when needed, contributing to a world-class in-game atmosphere and smooth event operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable in completing tasks.
• Basic knowledge on concepts relating to athletic game management.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service on event day.
• Assist with on-field/court activities as needed.
• Greet patrons and assist with finding their designated seating area.
• Enforce University & Athletic Department policies.
• Serve as a statistician, replay operator and/or time out coordinator
• Supervise hospitality and restricted areas.
