Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sport Administration or comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience in athletic equipment operations.
• Hands-on experience with football and ice hockey equipment operations.
• Supervisory experience with staff or student workers.
• Strong organizational, inventory management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Assistant Equipment Manager and student work-study employees, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Oversee equipment operations for all varsity programs, including fitting, issuing, cleaning, and storage.
• Lead helmet and padding fitting for football; skate sharpening and hockey equipment support for ice hockey.
• Manage laundry operations for practice and game apparel; transport equipment for away competitions.
