The role ensures safe, professional equipment for practices and competitions and serves as lead onsite coordinator for home contests, coordinating with coaches, officials and staff.

Qualifikationen

• One to three years of relevant experience.
• Experience in intercollegiate equipment administration.
• Knowledge of athletic equipment.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform above duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Manage procurement, maintenance, distribution and inventory of athletic equipment.
• Maintain a digital database and annual audits of equipment.
• Oversee equipment budget and vendor negotiations.
• Oversee laundry operations for practice and game gear.
• Supervise student employees and game-day staff.
• Coordinate home games and communicate details to visiting teams.
• Ensure safety, crowd control and sportsmanship per NCAA/MASCAC.
• Assist in the general administration of the Department of Athletics.
