Job summary

Stonehill College is seeking a Head Equipment Manager to oversee the Athletic Equipment Room, including equipment maintenance, distribution, collection and inventory for intercollegiate athletics and home events.

The role supports budget preparation and purchasing, coordinating laundry and reconditioning processes, and supervising student managers across multiple athletic facilities. Evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to manage inventory and budget.
• Experience in athletic equipment management or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the equipment room.
• Maintain inventory control of all apparel and equipment.
• Assist in annual athletic equipment budget preparation.
• Coordinate purchasing of apparel and equipment as needed.
• Manage laundry operations for team apparel and equipment.
