Zusammenfassung

Concordia College is seeking an Assistant Director for Athletics Communications and Marketing; Compliance Officer in Moorhead, MN. This full-time, 9-month grant-funded role works with the Director of Sports Information to tell Concordia Athletics’ story through digital content, live streams, and game-day communications, while serving as Compliance Officer per NCAA/MIAC rules.

The role also involves developing student leaders, coordinating campaigns, and supporting branding across athletics

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in digital media production, live-streaming, or sports information.
• Evenings and weekends availability based on athletic schedules.

Aufgaben

• Create and manage digital content across social media and platforms to promote Concordia Athletics.
• Coordinate live-stream broadcasts and game-day communications, supervise production and prepare post-game content.
• Lead and support student workers in statistics, live-stream production, and athletics communications.
• Support strategic communications and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, media archiving, branding, and projects.
• Coordinate athletics compliance activities by monitoring NCAA/MIAC/institutional rules and maintaining records.
• Partner with the College on athletics compliance and student programming, working with the Registrar’s Office and SAAC.
