Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
• Lifeguard certifications or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• NIMS certification required for position.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff and volunteers.
• Oversee athletic and aquatic staff and communicate goals and policies.
• Coordinate media materials for events and programs.
• Operate program registration software effectively.
• Assist in budgeting for the division.
• Prepare year-end usage and revenue reports for leadership.
• Develop, implement and review division policies and procedures.
• Procure supplies for division operations.
• Prepare monthly reports for leadership and commissions.
