The University of Evansville Athletics Department invites applications for a strategic and relationship-driven Athletics Annual Giving Officer. This role reports to the Director of Athletic Development and focuses on growing philanthropic support for Purple Aces student-athletes and programs.

You will lead unrestricted and sport-specific fundraising appeals, manage a donor portfolio, and cultivate a vibrant philanthropy culture across the athletics community.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, marketing, sports management, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional fundraising or alumni relations experience.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and fundraising databases.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel and work some evenings/weekends during peak periods.

Aufgaben

• Craft and communicate narratives for unrestricted athletics giving.
• Plan and execute annual unrestricted giving campaigns and multi-channel outreach.
• Serve as primary contact for sport-specific annual funds with coaches and staff.
• Manage a portfolio of up to 75 prospects/donors and foster major gift activity.
• Boost donor participation, retention, and stewardship for athletics funds.
• Manage the Athletics Annual Fund calendar and donor benefit delivery.
