Job summary

The University of Arizona Athletics Department is seeking an Annual Giving Professional II to enhance donor engagement for the athletics program. You will work with the annual giving program to build relationships, recognize donors, and increase participation.

This role requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, and occasional travel. The department offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to contribute to student-athlete success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience managing donor engagement and stewardship.
• Knowledge of NCAA/Big 12 rules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates annual giving and donor stewardship programs to support donor acquisition and retention.
• Identifies, solicits, and retains annual fund donors through outreach and communications.
• Develops donor recognition programs and fulfills donor benefits.
• Manages donor communications including newsletters, invitations, and updates.
• Plans donor engagement events and coordinates logistics with internal partners.
