Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of NCAA, Big 12, and University of Arizona rules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual giving and donor stewardship programs to support acquisition, retention and participation.
• Identify and retain annual fund donors through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
• Develop donor recognition programs ensuring timely fulfillment of benefits and acknowledgments.
• Manage donor communications, including solicitations, stewardship messaging, newsletters, and event invites.
• Coordinate donor benefits programs (parking, memberships, events) and ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Collaborate with ticket operations, marketing, and administration to align donor engagement with fundraising goals.
• Support gift processing and advancement services for tax receipting and reporting.
